London Red Bus Craft

What you need:

  • Red and black construction paper
  • Glue stick (or white craft glue)
  • Scissors

We are all missing our travel adventures right now. Close to home or across the pond, it is always the time to be internationally creative. How about creating the double deck London Red buses to create your own London adventure.

How to create this craft:

  • Step 1: Using the red construction paper, cut out the shape of the double Decker bus. You can trace it out and have your children cut it out themselves.
  • Step 2: Prepared the black construction paper into 1"x1" squares. Depending on the size of the bus you will want between 6-8 squares. If you have a paper cutter this is an easy way to cut the squares. Cut out two circles for the wheels.
  • Step 3: Using the glue stick or the white craft glue, have your child glue the black 'windows' the the red bus. You can also use clip art to print out a bus driver.
  • Step 4: Glue the wheels to the bottom of the bus.

Once that is done, your children can use crayons or markers to add details to the bus.
