Yoda Paper Bag Puppet

What you will need:

  • Brown paper lunch bag
  • Two large google eyes
  • Green and white construction paper
  • Black crayon
  • Craft Glue or glue stick
  • Scissors

MAY THE FOURTH BE WITH YOU is always a fun day to celebrate Stars Wars.

Here is a fun and easy craft to celebrate the master Yoda

How to assemble:

  • Step 1: Using scissors (maybe with adult assistance) cut out a rectangle from green construction paper to fit the flap of the brown paper bag.
  • Step 2: Using the white construction paper, cut two strips to cover the long portion of the paper bag to form Yoda's robe.
  • Step 3: Using either craft glue or a glue stick, glue the green rectangle on the flap of the bag and the white strips onto the bag, leaving room at the top of the bag for it to open.
  • Step 4: Using the green paper, cut out Yoda's ears and glue them on. Attach the googly eyes and using the crayon create the rest of the face and colour in the ears.

Now you have your own Yoda puppet.

Here are some famous Yoda quotes:

"When you look at the dark side, careful you must be. For the dark side looks back".

"Always pass on what you have learned"

"Do or do not. There is no try".

"Train yourself to let go of everything you fear to lose".

“Truly wonderful the mind of a child is.”

“You will find only what you bring in.”
