Best suited for younger children (e.g. primary school, kindergarten), let your child to choose their own paint colours.
- Begin by laying out large sheets of white craft paper, and make sure your child wears a smock or an old shirt - count on things getting messy!
- Allow your child to apply the paint on their hands themselves and create shapes; encourage their natural creativity: help them spell out their names and mix colours to create new ones (red and yellow, blue and red, yellow and blue). They'll love it.
