Are you looking for a healthy snack option that is colour themed? Look no further, we have a great idea to celebrate spring with a healthy green veggie platter.

Green Vegetables Options:

  • Zucchini
  • Sugar snap peas
  • Broccoli
  • Celery
  • Green bell peppers
  • English cucumber
  • Asparagus (blanched and cooled)
  • Edamame (either in or out of shell)

Arrange on your favourite platter and serve with your favourite dip.

This is also a great option on St. Patrick's Day when you are looking for a green themed healthy treat for your party.
