Watermelon Strawberry Popsicles

What you need:

  • Seedless watermelon
  • Strawberries
  • Lime (zest and juice)
  • Maple Syrup (just for taste to balance how sweet your fruit may be).
  • Popsicle molds or paper cups with sticks

This treat is easy to assemble and your children can be a part of creating their own snacks. Great inthe summer months after a day full of outside activities or a perfect after school snack during the year.

How to assemble:

  • Step 1: Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Step 2: Pour mixture into popsicle molds. If using paper cups, pour mixture into cups, cover with plastic wrap and insert popsicle stick in before putting in freezer.
  • Step 3: The popsicles usually take about 4-6 hours to freeze but this will depend on your freezer and the size of your popsicles. Freeze overnight and enjoy the next day!
