Scoop a little bit of vanilla ice cream into each compartment of your ice-pop mold. Don't pack the ice cream so that you have room for the orange juice to flow in and around the ice cream. Next fill your compartments with orange juice, nestle the ice pop holders into the molds, and pop the whole thing in the freezer. Leave the creamsicles in the freezer overnight, and the next day, to pop them out of the molds, run the whole mold under the tap for a few seconds to loosen them up.
