Super Strawberry smoothie

Materials

  • 10 strawberries with stems removed
  • 1/2 cup of your favourite yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or syrup
  • Ice
  • Blender
  • Cup

Preparation

Kids can their own make the smoothies, or with an adult's assistance.

Directions:

Put berries, yoghurt, honey and ice into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a glass. Enjoy.
